Miserable handling of complaints: Although orders were placed and recommendations were made for 5-digit EURO amounts, a complaint (door damage) due to 150 EURO was not accepted as a warranty case. My opinion that there was inadequate work here was "noted" (laughably) but completely ignored. This is not customer focus, I feel ripped off. When there are deficiencies, you really get to know the company. This case over 150 EURO convinced me to never again commission anything with this company. I can only recommend staying away from this company, as the company is in no way ready to talk or tries to come to an amicable solution in the event of defects. PS. At least the negative reviews are also shown here, as there is no approval by the company. I like it. on other portals, the negative reviews are obviously not approved by the company.

We have been working with the Lange joinery for years and have never been disappointed. The construction sites are completed on time, with high quality and reliably.

My experience with the Lange company: I was looking for a carpenter from our area. After the carpenter's open house and the positive reviews, I now thought I had found my partner and placed an order for a front door, a few windows and apartment doors. When the day of the first assembly came, an employee of the Lange company installed two windows on the first day. I supported as best I could. Everything ok so far. When installing the first apartment entrance door, a tile was damaged and the door no longer covered the parquet floor. Mr. Lange's statement was that we had already discussed that tiles can break and we assume no liability for them. They knew that the door was getting wider and that there was a gap. Isn't another tiler coming? If it had been addressed that way, I would never have placed an order. Furthermore, acrylic joints were drawn that are under all sow. When I removed the front door, cables were damaged that I had repaired myself. The hours for exchanging the 2 apartment entrance doors were 17 hours. Unfortunately I had signed the acceptance test because I was talking to the carpenters. In order to make improvements to the windows, front door and apartment entrance doors, the Lange company was on site 4-5 times. Since there were still defects, such as the broken tiles and the acrylic joints, I reduced the invoice amount. The whole thing then went to court and ended with a settlement. It was only a small 3-digit amount that I would have paid after the remaining defects had been dealt with. If I had wanted it cheap, I would have gone to a hardware store and would have messed around myself. I will, in any case, look for a new carpenter for my further projects, that was too much stress for me. Everyone at the construction site immediately had their money after completing their proper work.
