3 stars because For 1 week I was forgotten to give my 80 year old grandma with heart disease, although this was clearly listed several times. Chances of survival was equal to 0, we should slowly say goodbye, luckily she had made it back then and was fit again at home after a long time. (1 star) Had long considered complaining here ... The situation was different when my father had multiple heart attacks and was brought in by ambulance. The operation was very good and was operated on up to date with good quality material. (5 Stars)

Very nice staff, my father was very satisfied and felt he was treated and welcomed well. The carers and sisters were also very friendly to the relatives. Clothes were even taken to another clinic after my father when he was unexpectedly transferred. Staff found out directly on the phone which clothes belonged to them. Things arrived completely and quickly at the other clinic.
