Great place for family with kids for a day spend. Cheap entry tickets. Good food in the Restaurant. Well maintained property with lots of places to sit and relax.

Lovely park with a lot of wildlife that's good for a day trip from the Nuremberg area or Bamberg.

Very cute animals. Especially the part where they walk free. It is like the experience of seeing animals in the wild. Restaurant was Nice. Do be prepared to walk a lot, up and downhill.

Please don't go there. I visited this place cause I thought I'm going visit some free animals (I've already visited some places with no cages for animals) but here was horrible, small cages for big owls, maybe less than 2000 square metres for wolves. you can see anxiousness and stress of this wolf, he was walking in a circle endlessly ! It's a clear sign that it's not a good place for these animals. The path he was walking is clear in this photo. Please do not go there, the entrance is 5 Euros but it doesn't help those animals inside. It's a Zoo, I wouldn't go there if I knew it before.
