I cannot confirm the negative reviews. I was always treated kindly myself, and I found the time it took to process my tax return last year (and before) reasonable.

Catastrophic processing, harassment in the request for additional evidence which was then neither assessed nor included in the justification. Telephone availability was OK, but a star i.e. for the rest give zero stars

Family-friendly working hours😬Never reachable by phone. All part-time from 8-12. In between coffee breaks. Hence the long processing times😡

I've never had to wait more than 3-4 weeks to process my income tax return - even with documents. I think that's great. In other cities, it takes much longer. Otherwise, I have never had to deal personally with the staff, so I can not rate them.

Simply incompetent, even a star is too much ... called for a general question. Called again three times because I am constantly on any answering machines landed. Unfortunately mediation is not able to convey to someone sitting in the office. Called in Munich, it worked without problems. Deepest province.
