Wanted a voucher for foot care to give away. Lady at the registration is rude with the note: We are currently not allowed to issue vouchers. She couldn't justify it. Then on to the City Perfumery where I received a voucher that was nicely packaged. Free perfume samples. THAT is called customer service!

Was at Ramona for pedicure with painting the nails and I am very, very happy with the result; foot care was very pleasant and professional. The salon is nice and clean, the team very friendly and I felt comfortable. Price is okay. Everything was great! Will definitely come back
