Dipped beam was improperly installed according to TÜV. The disc that holds the lamp in the correct position fell off when the lamp was installed. Actually, to change the lamp, the entire headlamp would have had to be removed, but this was not done, which then detached the part. The customer service there, which we had done before the general inspection, did not notice that the low beam is not correct due to the incorrect installation. We had to have the whole thing checked and repaired in another workshop, which in turn cost 35 euros.
