On my last visit to this workshop after the ABS / ESP errors they diagnosed the car and said it was ABS sensor links. I told them I wanted to replace the sensor and ABS cable, but they fixed that cable. The next day the errors came up again, I went back to them with the repair invoice and told them I wanted to do something because it is wrong and the repair is still under warranty, but thousands have been told they won't My problem is that I have to make a new appointment to check what it is and I have to pay again, for the repair of the cable (sticking with tape) I paid the amount of 151 euros, me can't go daily so they try to guess what's the problem, and in order to pay for every puzzle, I advise you not to recommend this car service! Irresponsibly, I was totally dissatisfied with the last Bosch service visit, never again anything there let repair.!!

last time i visit this service because they took money for work but in fact they didn't do anything, the next day is same problem and receipt doesn't work either. In order not to lose money, turn to another service. Never again!!!!

I gave my car to the workshop for various repairs. Unfortunately nothing could be repaired except the air conditioning, which was filled with contrast medium. I had the car repaired there for about a week and paid 400 euros for a simple troubleshooting. A repair did not take place. The bug was not found for over a week. When I picked up the car, the problem was that it was not ready to drive after payment, rather the leather cover was still attached to the driver's seat and the cover on the front passenger seat, which belongs under the steering wheel, was broken. So I had to ask what that meant. The workshop has not accepted an admission of guilt for the broken cover.

I can only advise against this workshop. The reason: I called and said if they had time to change my drive shaft. I was answered with yes. So I placed the order. A diagnosis from the workshop did not have to take place because I already knew what was defective. Afterwards I checked the other side and lo and behold, the drive shaft was also defective. I then ordered this over the phone. Then on the day I was able to pick it up again, I fell from the clouds, with a bill for supposedly 6 hours of work. The spare parts together 740 euros + 16% VAT Then I called my trusted parts dealer and I was offered both for a total of 250 euros + 16%. The same brand that was installed by the workshop was offered to me by the parts dealer for € 430 + 16%. In the end, this means a premium of almost 200% Furthermore, it was claimed that the screws on the drive shaft were tight and therefore additional work was necessary. The highlight is that time has already been saved because the underrun protection was removed. And I did the same job with my girlfriend in 5 hours 3 months earlier. So why should the screws be tight all of a sudden? I am not a trained mechanic so why do I theoretically need 1 hour less than a specialist workshop? In addition, the screws were not open on me before and were accordingly tight. All in all, I came up with an invoice amount of 1200 euros, which in my eyes is usury and very cheeky. So I will also turn on my lawyer. All in all, the staff was friendly, but not accommodating. Therefore, I advise against using this workshop. With best regards

We arranged with you to replace the cable and sensor on my cousin's (Ticlete) car, and you only repaired the cable. That's why we came to you because the cable had already been repaired by another workshop and the abs error was still there. After that you didn't want to take on any costs even though that was your mistake. I asked you if the parts (sensor + cable) were in stock and you said that you would order the parts and they would come tomorrow the next day. If I asked you over the phone why you didn't replace the cable and then only repaired it, you replied that it was the cheapest option for my cousin, and, according to you, he could come to you and you would replace the cable. Then my question was will you pay the cost, and you said no, your cousin has to pay the cost. Perhaps now you can understand my assessment. What happened to my cousin when he was with you can happen to me too. If you have monitoring systems you can watch our conversation again (listen to) so you can find out what we asked of you (replace ABS SENSOR and ABS CABLE). In addition, when I visited the workshop on September 7th, 2020 I wanted to find out if everything was okay with my car, because I noticed that something at the back (right / left) wobbled and had no strength and there were also strange noises. My car was parked with them all day and in the end you couldn't find anything and collected the amount of 36.54 euros. The next day I drove to the other workshop and you immediately noticed that the brake caliper on the rear axle was defective and was firmly on the brake disc, after that everything was fine, no noise, no vibrations. That was very dangerous and they just sent me off, and even confirmed that the noises coming from four-wheel drive is normal, luckily nothing unusual happened.
