In advance. This rating refers to my experience regarding the quality of Zenec and does not apply to the store or service of the store. I would strongly advise against buying Zenec devices, because in my opinion they are very inferior and completely overpriced. Unfortunately, Zenec's in-house customer service was not convincing either. I decided to buy a Zenec device for around € 800 and install it in my Golf. I tolerated the greatly delayed and confusing menu navigation for three years. Whether booting up the device, recognizing and playing media, touchscreen, listening to everything except the radio stations became a game of patience. The catastrophic navigation system did not know many roads and led us to many traffic jams. We did not use it two weeks after the purchase. How should it be otherwise. After almost three years, my Zenec device - little used - breaks without external interference. After I drove to the next Zenec dealer for 1.5 hours - there and back - because of the extremely poorly developed dealer network - I live in a German city of millions! - I had to pay money to send my device in. Conclusion: no fault, board damage in a navigation component, estimate repair about 280 €! I decided to buy a cheap, well-known double-din radio without navigation. Cost: € 205. This does its job by worlds better than the approximately 800 € Zenec device. Thanks to the almost standard data flat rate of the mobile devices, I now use what I think is the best and free navigation system called Google Maps, next to which I don't want to mention the navigation of my Zenec device with a syllable!
