The offer is good! The staff is extremely rude !!!! Nobody likes to work there !!! Or there is a lack of qualifications in the service sector! Need a course on how to deal with customers.
Medium sized drugstore I visit when I have 10% discount vouchers. Here is worthwhile then a purchase in combination with corresponding offers. Unfortunately, the weekly prospectus is only from Monday to Friday and not as usual on Saturday. The staff at the cashier was friendly. I can recommend the business.
Was in the market half a year ago, 2 women stood there and told each other about their weekend! Had a question, one of the ladies just said down there and their private conversation went on! I left the shop and went to the DM where you are still treated as a customer! Rossmann never told me again! I thought today after shopping at Kaufland you go in again, asked for errors after 1 glove! I'm supposed to look on the shelf, they don't know that! That's it with Rossmann N I E AGAIN !! We're staying true to DM!
