As part of my construction project, I commissioned Nemetz for a remarkable 5-digit amount for service + material. During the installation, however, no functional test was carried out and cable connections were sometimes poorly documented or not at all. As a result, these had to be be measured (for an additional charge) and to top it off, various LED lamps also did not work due to sloppy installation.
A complaint to Mr. Nemetz personally had the result that this was in an extr. cheeky & arrogant way said I should just fix the error myself, besides, none of his employees would be available anyway.
Unfortunately, this is usually Another negative example today that many service providers i. Handicrafts only want to earn quick money and no longer deliver quality. That is why I only give one star here and cannot recommend Nemetz.
Horror, Tsonke!
I need a service representative for my fridge. Elektro Nemetz refuses to send anyone. I live 3km away. The time could be arranged, but H. Nemetz is rude and arrogant on the phone to me as a customer.
I should look at the back of the fridge myself, there must be something blocked. Yes why am i calling? If I could do it myself, I wouldn't be looking for a repair.
Such behavior is simply ludicrous. He has so many jobs where he doesn't make money. Then I wish Nemetz a lot of customers who think like me. Nemetz definitely has one customer less. Absolutely not recommendable!
