Top notebook, as I need it with certain software and get nowhere like that. Definitely recommended!

Not to be recommended. I've had a very bad experience with this. Since my notebook ran badly Mr. Dembowski has me Operating system reinstalled. Then the computer crashed constantly and after a short time did not work anymore. I'll have it for him then sent again and then received after 3 weeks, the information that he now want to swap the hard drive. That would have cost another 100 euros. So 130 euros for Windows 10 for which he has paid 19.90. then times 100 euros for ne new hard drive. Who knows what else? No warranty, no warranty. Hard to reach by phone. And the supposedly so expensive software turns out to be a cheap download from softwarebilliger de. And my notebook still does not work. I could have just as well thrown the money out of the window. At least then I would not have had any trouble.
