After 25 years we finally treated ourselves to a new kitchen. After going to some kitchen studios in the region for advice, advice and ideas, I have been very disappointed with some of the services. Then came the Kent kitchen studio. So here, technical advice and service is lived by the owners. We immediately had a very good feeling and were always valued as customers. Since I didn't have a time frame either, a very individual kitchen with a few extra requests (coffee lounge, lighting) was planned with us. Since I also work in the kitchen for work, it has always been important for me to have a functional, process-oriented kitchen. No overpriced kitchen, good middle class kitchen and with good appliances. That was implemented very professionally. What we really appreciated were the various photos, ideas and plans that I always received by email, so that I could help shape it and incorporate my suggestions. The pricing was always visible and there were no hidden prices. Then finally came the kitchen. The owner and a colleague on site had everything run perfectly, everything was installed in a professional and technically perfect manner. We were also given some beautification during the installation. Our kitchen has become mega and a jewel case. Conclusion: I can unreservedly recommend the studio. Many thanks to Mr. Buchner and the whole kitchen team. This is how I imagine service, service, value for money.

Keno Kent kitchens in Pfaffenhofen Sobering and hopeless, after various experiences with large kitchen dealers in Augsburg and Munich, we tried it close to the apartment and "familiar" in Pfaffenhofen. From here, three kitchen planners visited personally, with an appointment and plenty of time, one stood out in all, really all criteria, far, far. In the meantime the kitchen is ready to use and, in German it would mean, to our complete satisfaction. Now it's time to let the world know that in our dreary retail landscape there are also teams that do their best for fair money! It started in June 2020 - appointment made and with my wife and daughter - because of vacation I looked (as usual) like a beggar - you would have guessed everything with us, just no potent account! And yet, woman, can you name names here ?, it doesn't matter, Ms. SR, serve us, how, how should you describe it, like kings! This treatment remained at this level during all phases of the purchase, also during the "moments of friction" with the final price and some equipment details. Ordered a kitchen, at the best price, not cheap, we didn't want that, not extravagant and expensive, neither, good middle class, and yet below or at least at the price level of the competition. In all honesty, and that may hurt the company, we would have easily paid 10-20% more - simply because everything went well and because we had a good feeling about it. Kitchen delivered - two weeks late due to vacation time in August and Corona circus. On day X, punctually at 8 a.m., it started - two craftsmen, hardworking, humorous, personable and skilful. Around 6 p.m. it was over - briefing was perfect, advice if there were any questions or problems to call, you would come over - but there were no questions or problems, so I can't report anything! Conclusion: I can unreservedly recommend the company and I would even go so far as to answer individual questions (by email)! You did an outstanding job and after 40 years I can really judge that even in retail! Thanks a lot for this! RS
