On January 10th, 2021 I was in Pfaffenhofen and went to the gas station to get cigarettes. I was stressed and bought 2 packs of cigarettes, paid for with a card and on the move quickly. On January 11th, 2021 I see that it will be debited from account 59.00 € for Pink gas station. Honest???? 😡😡😡

I filled up for € 20.01, when I paid I put € 20 down and had to get the one cent from the car. Then you get turned on stupidly because those with cards would have to pay the cent too. When I said something, it said I should refuel somewhere else. Those unfriendly Tankfutzi's will never see me again.

Was a long-standing customer to this day, but after today's unfriendly experience I will not refuel here, wash my car etc. Employee has still apologized or moderated himself in a loud tone with reference to the currently very tense situation, but you can do that as a customer do not solve, especially in difficult times, humanity and decency is the top duty of every citizen. Pointing out misconduct, which by definition according to WHG 19 was not present, is perfectly fine, but it always comes down to the "how to do it" or how to choose the address.
