My last experience was underground.
The new employee in the early shift at the weekend seems very stressed and overwhelmed. When the store opens, newspapers are either not yet for sale or simply thrown out in a disorderly manner. There is no response to inquiries but only cashed quickly.
The previous employee, however, was always friendly and courteous.
Yesterday, January 3rd, 2021, it was barely 3 p.m. and the bakery was almost empty. Only rolls filled with dried cheese, but neither donut nor tartlets are available fresh. If you want to sell something, something should also be available at lunchtime.
After the staff changes I will not go back here.
Always super nice waitress ..
