Rightly, unfortunately, mostly bad reviews. We have engaged the firm in several matters. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. It was hardly any commitment. We didn't feel comfortable or in good hands in any way. When we expressed this criticism, the law firm advised us to look for another lawyer if we were not satisfied. We have now done that and have not regretted this decision. There is no comparison of how the newly appointed law firm proceeded in the same case. The cost calculation was correspondingly high, although we were absolutely dissatisfied. I can't recommend it to anyone.

I received excellent support, my cases were handled in an uncomplicated and smooth manner. I can recommend TOPJUS without hesitation!

After we were told by RA Dr. Appel, who had previously been highly recommended by friends, received very friendly and competent advice and we had the feeling that they were working TOGETHER on a case, we decided to have TOPJUS represent us in a rental matter. In our case, attorney Höckmayr was assigned to us. In the first phone call we had the feeling that our case was only a burden for Mr. Höckmayr, as he displayed a very instructive and annoyed way of communicating. We did not receive any tips regarding the further procedure, only the facts were included. Mr. Höckmayr did not appear personally at the court hearing and did not consider it necessary to discuss or notify this beforehand. Only a short phone call from an RA employee took place 1.5 hours beforehand. We were "represented" in court by his representative, RA Legl. This was by no means incorporated into the case, confirmed by nodding everything the judge said in favor of the opposing party. I don't want to comment on the presence and negotiating skills. At that moment I realized why attorney Höckmayr did not appear in person - however, at the time of the negotiation he could be reached by telephone for his "representation", as the latter actually contacted him during a break. He "cleverly" evaded this situation through his representation. I would like to emphasize once again that Dr. Appel is warmly recommended, the ladies at the reception of the offices in Ingolstadt and Pfaffenhofen are very friendly, courteous and reliable. The briefs were also made quickly. Three stars are awarded because only the performance of RA Höckmayr and his representative RA Legl has to be rated as unsatisfactory. We have only had positive experiences with all other participants in the legal community and their employees and will recommend TOPJUS with a clear conscience.

Went 1 time for an appointment on site. We were told a price which would cost us if it is taken over by a lawyer. Then we got involved because the price was manageable. Today came the bill, which was 4 times as high as the sum that was called us. If we had known this at the beginning, we would not have opted for it! Thanks, again
