My father bought an e-tricycle which had to be picked up near Düsseldorf. Since we at the company have often received deliveries from the Preisser company and these have always been delivered reliably and by very nice and helpful drivers, I called them. Unfortunately, the answer came that you wouldn't go that far, but that another solution was being sought, that was on Monday. On Tuesday afternoon I got the call that another company that we work with more often could carry out the collection. So the whole job and what can I say, the e-bike was there on Friday morning shortly after 8:00 a.m. The driver as you know it nice, helpful and reliable! My special thanks go to Mr. U. who took the time and always had a nice word. I will definitely recommend you guys, keep going!
