This staff (young woman) in the Norma branch in Pfaffenhofen was very friendly and helpful. Looked at the warehouse for this product and when she realized that this food slicer was no longer available, she ordered one especially for me. Delivery to the Norma branch in my home town of Petershausen. I tried to get one there the day before (on Monday).
