Very impolite! Miss Dr. Stranek came into the room without a word (without hello, Grüß Gott or similar) and I was asked to quickly get my cat out of the transport box (especially a veterinarian should actually know that you don't just pull cats out of the box) she has the strings moved to castration, after that she didn't say goodbye but left the treatment room without comment and closed the door behind her. After a waiting time of 15 minutes and a scared cat at 30 degrees (!), We asked what we were actually waiting for. The investigation would be over long ago! Once and never again. Absolutely not to be recommended!
