Unfortunately, extremely long waiting times for my order, I only wanted to allow myself a portion of french fries, but still wait in vain to this day. Meanwhile I have starved to death, but I have to say, I like the ambience and the staff is very friendly. But I have not yet found out why the menu is called a tax assessment, you could almost think that you are not in a restaurant. Personally, I was still missing a light show, but I can still rate this restaurant with 9 out of 4 slices of Swiss cheese with a clear conscience.

Service to the citizen? What's this? The Freising tax office should ask itself that on a Thursday afternoon. At 2:30 p.m. I called 3 numbers. Clerk no. 1 - announcement: cannot be reached. Operator - announcement: only available until 11:30 a.m. Clerk no. 2 spoke on the answering machine with a request for a call back. There was no recall. But you want our money in a hurry ... great system!

I left my cell phone number to contact me and was called back. My clerk, Mr. Hadler, was very friendly, patient and objective for my concerns and explained it to me in detail.

I can't understand all the negative comments. For years, our tax return has been processed quickly and without errors. This year in less than 2 weeks. It should be common knowledge that constant calls keep employees from working. The tax offices in my previous places of residence have always taken much longer.

I wonder how something like that works, first the phone rings and when the second call is made, nobody can be reached 😤 the whole afternoon you try and nobody can be reached even though they should be open until 6pm on Thursday. If people work the way they do in this authority in normal life, people would no longer have a job.
