Very expensive and bad customer service: The Landestreuhand Weihenstephan GmbH has calculated as part of the bill for my income tax return (employees with independent part-time job) for a capital gain of 0.41 € (deposit) 140.73 € (net!), Titled as "determination of Surplus of revenue over the cost of income in the case of capital income ". For information: investment income of less than 600 € do not even have to be stated. When I asked for a clarifying conversation, I was threatened with the lawyer if I did not pay immediately. Emails were ignored, promised recalls did not occur. With my new tax advisor, I paid less than half for the following year (with the same income). This also advised me against paying this bill. This is just an excerpt of the problems (also qualitative, beyond the scope) that I had with this law firm.
