We switched to the tax consultancy firm Hantschel + Schwarz in 2020 and are very satisfied. If nobody is in the house, a time is given when you can report again and someone was always available. Email contact was also great, it was answered quickly. We were given a lot of help when it came to important questions and they were also happy to repeat them again if we didn't understand. I have to say, or we can only recommend the firm! I would like to say a big thank you again for your great support! Many Thanks!

I fully support the statement below. This law firm is a complete disaster. Zero professional. Every time it is said on the phone that you will be called back you can wait blue and green for weeks and months the office does not answer. Never again.

I can't find any words for this law firm. You call every time the tax accountants are on break, vacation or meeting for almost a year. Funny that you don't focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction here. I do not recommend this law firm at all. If you don't want to chase after your tax return, you should do it somewhere else. 1 time never again.
