Very bad communication, unfriendly, the warning lights of the assistance systems burn after brake repairs, but no responsibility assumed - I should go to the ATU. Maybe it would have been better.

You should make an appointment, then the car is in good hands! It will not be renewed at the same time, but checked if you can repair it! You should not show up unannounced, and you should also respect the break times, then you will be helped with craftsmanship with specialist knowledge ;-))

Was already there several times and repeatedly stated: Here is, if possible, still properly repaired and not the same ordered everything again. With my vehicle alone, I've already saved quite a bit. The master there (H.Assmuss) is certainly not easy and can be fooled sometimes certainly not. And who comes without an appointment and thinks: Hey, you - come on fast and make a quick short here is completely wrong! Have fun on my part! (Have experienced that myself) Well, here is the proverbial phrase: How to scream in the forest .......... Well - the technical competence keeps surprising me, because as I have heard, everything is driving, also repaired. I find my vehicle in good hands there. Customer friendliness is a foreign word here. The initial situation: The first thing you should do is to see whether you can / can continue to use the brakes or whether a professional can at least see from the outside that safety is at risk because the brakes make strange noises. The car would have stopped there immediately and ordered - but no, a 30m walk to the car and 30s to look at were simply too much and reason enough to vehemently answer no to any question, including regarding driving safety. The two stars exist because I cannot assess the further service (and maybe there is potential) and at least was not insulted!
