Mr. Knaak is more of the unfriendly sort. Better let statements be made in writing, if it gets serious, the company Knaak is faster away than the last roll at the bakery on the weekend. On dates you wait fast 1-2 months, that's normal at the company Knaak. You can not talk about goodwill or customer friendliness here. If you would like to feel like a second-class person, this is the place for you!
