We had a new water pump installed for us garden water 2 1/2 years ago. This was now leaky. Then we complained. We thought it would be exchanged or at least repaired as a goodwill gesture. But it wasn't like that. Disappointing!!! We were offered a new pump for a gross price of 950.00 euros (as a gesture of goodwill) or we can buy and repair a set of seals ourselves on the Internet, but the company does not make the Raparut. That's it I had never experienced such insolence before. We are very disappointed with how they deal with their customers in the office. I cannot recommend these companies to anyone. Unfortunately, some leave you out in the rain

In January or February I asked the Paul Schmidhuber company that the boiler did not properly heat the water. The company was there and the fitter assured me that the boiler would be okay. I can only tell you that that is not true. We have suffered water damage and the Schmidhuber company would also testify about my landlord that the tenant was to blame for having suffered water damage. That was the statement from my landlord. And if you want to speak to the boss about his statement, it means the boss is not in the house. In recent years I have always been satisfied with the work of Schmidhuber. Our landlord placed an order with Paul-Schmidhuber. The task of the fitters from the Schmidhuber company was to check the entire system on June 2nd, 2020. Result: The fitter was there on June 2nd, 2020. The fitter from the Paul Schmidhuber company was in the basement of the heating system with his flashlight and clearly told my wife that it was the task of the appraiser to check the system. Then came the statement from the fitter that he will get in touch with my landlord and talk to his boss about it and we will get an idea of ​​how things will continue. To this day I have not received a call or notification from Paul Schmidhuber about how to check the system. Not even the landlord has reported how to proceed with the heating system to be checked. Since you can see that the company Paul Schmidhuber does not even give any information about what the landlord has commissioned.
