Technically competent but very little cooperative. Required an invoice due to an insured event, but did not receive one for the service already paid even after asking several times. Clear communication or arrangements were not possible, and unpleasant situations were responded to by ending the phone call. Definitely wouldn’t bring my instrument back!

Been there several times, claimed relatively big-headedly that "you can set every instrument so that it plays as if it cost 1000 euros", but unfortunately could never get a quote. At one point the gentleman simply hung up the phone.

This is where craftsmanship meets the love of perfect sound. Our very old violin was brought back to life here and restored with incredible passion!
