I was not allowed to enter this branch on November 27, 2020, although I am exempt from the mask requirement due to health reasons and this is an exception to the regulation. And so I'm not an isolated case, according to previous reviews. I hereby request the management to deal with the applicable regulations and to adhere to the existing laws.

I was on October 27th. In this branch, although I have a mask exemption, I wear one but not all over my nose. A staff member pointed this out to me in a very rude manner, and when I told her that I was released, she insisted on covering my nose. Of course I left everything and will never shop there again.

We were cashed in on July 31, 2020 (around 12:00 p.m.) by a very unfriendly lady. So far, it has left a negative image with every purchase. We will definitely no longer shop here. Too bad because we always liked the store very much.
