"Dear KBO team, I have to praise you here. The nurses, doctors and psychologists are very competent and friendly, always have an open ear when you need help. The therapies are good to very good. The rooms are suitable for some therapies (e.g. B. Accupuncture, relaxation) Not so beneficial. Of course there is idle time between the therapies. But people honestly think about why this is so (talking to each other also helps a lot or deals with themselves). Mindfulness was something very special for me with a very competent therapist. All the sisters, therapists, doctors and of course not to forget the 2 secretaries who always did everything quickly and easily. Not to forget the good soul of the house I think everyone knows who I mean The design group was really great with very good tips in all art and handicraft areas One criticism: the food is not exactly a hit, but it is also delivered. And what I have already suggested and also said that communication could be better coordinated. In this sense . Thanks again to everyone for your good tips, therapies and emotional help. Very nice nurses and therapists who know what they are doing. Pleasant atmosphere also in dealing with fellow patients.

Often many waiting times or hours nothing to do ... on some days you just sit the time and get bored. But very nice and sensitive staff. Had a class psychologist. I felt very well looked after and it has brought me more than the inpatient stay in a dbt clinic in the area. I recommend the day clinic further.

Safeplace with extremely sensitive staff. I spent 5 months here and got the best help I can imagine. I had had pretty bad experiences with psychiatry before. Here you can even solve communication problems together. The food is not that great, there is still room for improvement.

There was occasionally no understanding of my problem. The nursing staff even became rude and looked annoyed. Between the doctors, the psychologists and the nursing, there is probably only an exchange about the patients once a week. There is no other way to explain the lack of understanding. In addition, it seems as if a certain caregiver has no desire to work with people. I had a nervous breakdown after talking to her. If it is known beforehand that the competence is only sufficient for depression, burnout, etc., then share this on their website. It cannot be that as a patient with the BPD you have to make false and utter absurd promises that you cannot keep anyway. If you have no idea about this disease, you should stay away or find out more. I heard you can continue your education. Wound care is also the bottom drawer. You should get in touch with Munich East. The staff at the DBT station know very well what to do. The psychologist at my side is top, I can't complain.
