Obviously we looked for wedding rings in the wrong price range ... From what price range can you sit down for advice and advice .. So the whole thing had a flair of outpatient snack ... The saleswoman works in your possibilities ... the area of ​​application is very limited .. We won't buy anything there ..

The seller was very nice when advising on our wedding rings, but what really disturbed us was the lack of communication afterwards, as we had to wait 2 weeks longer than planned for our rings without receiving any information about them. On the contrary, we had to call 3 times afterwards. There was no understanding on the phone, except for any justifications. In the end there was not even a fitting and we only got the rings on the very last pusher the evening before our wedding, quite a thrill considering that you already have enough organization to do before a wedding. The rings are very nice, no question, but there must be more communication between customer and seller. I was then told on the phone that we would have received any replacement rings if the rings had not been finished in time. Who would like any replacement rings for their wedding, please? I think you can expect a little more customer communication for such a price.

Very friendly staff, competent and helpful. Beautiful wide selection of wedding rings. Anyone looking for jewelry here, will find it, because the large offer is very well sorted. There is something for every taste and budget.
