Markus takes a lot of time for his customers. He gives competent, detailed and unobtrusive advice. Customer satisfaction is definitely very important here! So it was very easy for us to find our dream wedding rings here.
Professional and very pleasant advice. Even if it was mostly just a battery change, I always got the appropriate attention. Last I came to check my watch, which is already 10 years old. The clockwork stopped working. Mr. Krämer did not charge me for checking the clock and the batteries. As always, the advice was very professional. I also didn't feel the slightest pressure to buy a new watch in the store. We recommend!
