Unfortunately you can not give 0 stars ... I had in advance i.A. My landlord inquired about a garage lock repair / exchange & was informed quite nicely during this 1st telephone call. So I established the contact between the landlord and the company. At the announced date according to the landlord, however, no employee from the Graser company appeared, which is why we asked by phone on the same day what the problem was. Already in this phone call we were stalled and it was said, "We don't have time for something like that - in 3 weeks at the earliest. If it's important, find another company." & the contact person suddenly ended the conversation. Unkind... Since the whole thing made me suspicious and I wanted to clear up a possible misunderstanding regarding making an appointment, I called again today. Immediately I was greeted by Mr. Attacked Graser "I already know what this is about - I've probably been called 10 times about it. We just didn't make it on Friday - your landlord should go where he wants!" - a summary of his statement. Due to the manner and tone of voice, I ended the conversation and unfortunately cannot recommend Graser under any circumstances due to this negative experience!

This is the absolute rip off! An impossible person who knows exactly how to trick people. Didn't come until 6 p.m. and then asked for an additional evening. Do not accept tool wear! Definitely not to be recommended!

So today had an employee there. Wanted 520 euros for cylinder exchange ... I don't know my way around, he took advantage of that! When I paid the 170 and wanted to get the rest of the account, everything seemed strange to me. I called the police! I came back told him that he slammed the door and raced away! The cylinder was removed and we couldn't get out! After a long wait, a 2 key service came! 192 euros paid. The 170 deposit is gone !! When I called him to confront him, he said they'd get a bill of 110 still sent !! So I can only say dangerous and an absolutely dubious company .. I'm also a little afraid, after all, there is a locksmith and he knows where I live ... I wouldn't have trusted the Lord for so much criminal energy. I wish him that his conscience awakens! I include him in all of my prayers!

Door closed and key in the apartment forgotten. Had to pay 290 euros for 2 minutes of work ... Absolute rip off very unfriendly. Stay away from this locksmith!

Absolute cheek. If you need help you get sniffed on the phone, dozed (actually my least problem) and insulted. I strongly advise against requesting your service here. Brazenly. That exists, sad, absolute bottomless cheek.
