Competent, friendly service
Service leaves much to be desired! Systems are incomplete and feedback is missing. Plant was defective after the expiration of the guarantee - the offer for a new plant came immediately without examination, whether one can bring the current up again to front man. Pure rip-off ...
Very good, pleasant customer service. I was given detailed, professional and very friendly advice, even though it was just before the shop closed when I was there. The prices for a specialty shop are not as high as I expected. I would also like to buy here in the future and thus support my region (and I also brought a business card for the key emergency service, if I exclude myself, I already know what the costs would be for me). My conclusion: highly recommended!
