An offer requested by phone at the end of September, very positive conversation. Afterwards all necessary data including photos will be sent immediately. A site inspection was promised. After about a week without feedback, I asked again by phone. More than 14 days later there was neither an offer nor an on-site inspection. Assign the order elsewhere.
