Unfortunately my experience was not good. I went on Friday with my rabbit for vaccination. The doctor was friendly but at the same time during my short stay there she took on 5-7 phone calls, while attending my rabbit. After coming home at night the rabbit started having diarrhea. I saw online that I should only give her dry food and tried my best to clean and care for her, and for moments throughout the day it looked better. On Sunday afternoon the rabbit fell on one side and started having convulsions. I called her several times and also her emergency number, to no response. I looked online for a clinic and the closest one open was an hour away; the rabbit died on the way there. I am not sure if she died because of an existing condition or possibly she couldn't tolerate the vaccinations, as everything started that evening when we came back. I know it is not her fault that she died, but I do feel the need to say that she was not paying attention to the animal why taking on so many other calls and she may be overwhelmed with work. Maybe with more attention she would have seen something unusual with the rabbit. More than that, I never received a call back after calling in an emergency on Sunday; up to today Tuesday, she never even checked or called back. That is my sad experience and maybe its not the one others have, but maybe it serves as a warning call. Best

Excellent vet! She goes the extra mile, is friendly and reasonably priced. She also saved my dog's life with incredible dedication to her care, so I'm her biggest fan!

I've been with Dr. Pike. A very nice, competent vet. Very good expertise and her handling of the animals just great, especially she takes her time. She explains everything to you very precisely and often has several treatment solutions ready. So full star number 😄

Ms. Spieß and her practice is highly recommended. Both the competence and the empathy are present. Years ago I had my 3 cats sterilized there and I will go back to this practice if anything should happen to my "girls"!

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend the practice. I had my animals treated by her for about 17 years. At first I was very happy with the treatment, but this eventually subsided. 80% of the treatment is about other animals that had all diseases. It is bad enough that animals can get so sick, but when I go to her with my sick animal, I want this treatment to be about my animal and to be helped. According to your statement, one of my cats has a so-called blood ear and no pain. An operation is not necessary because this blood ear would form again and again. I should only buy an ointment that promotes healing. After the ear did not improve, of course, I got a second opinion from another veterinarian. My cat had to be operated on immediately if I suspected a tumor. A tissue sample showed a malignant tumor. In a second operation, my cat's entire ear and one eye that had already been attacked had to be removed. In my opinion she is only a good veterinarian as long as the animal is "healthy", as soon as the animal is sick I cannot recommend you. If you had reacted earlier or researched further, it would never have come this far. Apart from the fact that the cat has insane pain and is limited to the end of its life, this is now also associated with high costs.
