The complete process of creating a ring is patiently explained by the friendly and competent staff and you can bring in any kind of wishes and suggestions. In the end, you hold a perfectly crafted unique piece in your hands, which does not have to shy away from the price compared to large internet retailers. All in all an absolute recommendation!
