After the window replacement by the M branch did not go really smoothly, and after a long complaint nobody was able to offer me effective solutions, I turned to the LA branch for the warranty after consulting the Carglass hotline. Friendly welcome, they fully understood my concerns and gave me a timely appointment for the warranty. As promised, the rental car was ready for the appointment and my car was accepted. My car was ready by the agreed date. The window was finally clean inside. I'm glad that they understood me here and I felt that I was in good hands / looked after. Thank you very much. Now you can go on vacation.
