If it could I would give it 10 stars. Very personal contact and even in difficult situations the customer is king there! ... (I had to cancel an order and although the shipment was already on the way, I was helped quickly and easily) ... it's a shame that I had to cancel. Thank you Mr. Niebler!

So much service is almost uncomfortable - we needed a new bed and found it at a top address in the district. The advice and above all the service is unparalleled these days. We had a waterbed before - NEVER MORE WATERBED !!! - and were faced with the problem of where to put the old bed? Mister Niebler not only delivered the new bed and set it up together with me, we also disposed of the water bed! My wife and I are completely satisfied with the new bed and will always go to Mr. Niebler if necessary!

Here the customer is still king. No overcrowded bed discount store but here the boss personally serves. We bought a complete bedroom here. Not only the quality of the products but also the friendly way we were advised convinced us completely. We had the feeling of being welcome and they spontaneously took a lot of time for individual advice. An appointment is not absolutely necessary, but an advantage if you want individual advice. We were totally satisfied despite the long journey.

We now have a bed from Mr. Niebler Sr. for each of our three children. bought and are extremely happy with it. Mr. Niebler took great care of our wishes. The beds are of a very high quality and our children would never give them up again. Mr. Niebler is very careful to satisfy his customers and is also very committed to solving unexpected problems.
