Super Service! I had a Ford car key copied. The lock was broken and the original key no longer worked. In 20 minutes I received a new key that worked perfectly. I didn't even have to make an appointment and the whole thing for 50% of the price that Ford wanted! Very professional

Sven Friedrich is highly competent when it comes to car keys. Unfortunately, he has switched to charging twice as much fee for this as the brand workshop. When asked about this, he preferred to destroy his own work. than to rethink its pricing policy. A shame .. and the end of a 10-year business relationship. Reply: Hello Sven; in response to your answer: You wanted 150, - f a lock repair. a new lock at BMW would have cost 76.00. Although the 150, - was on your counter, you preferred to destroy your work and forego the money. .. I like to be a windy car dealer. You may be rash. You shouldn't and never have to work for free. rather, you overdid it with your pricing and reacted angrily when I confronted you with it. all the best for you anyway and stay healthy
