today because 12/29/2020 I wanted to order like a larger amount for about 37 € and I order almost more than 35 € every day the employee at Pizza Factory in Kollmarsreute was very unfriendly on the phone because I said wholeness if the 35 €, then it flies four drinks, she kept saying two then I kept saying yes then she scolded me so I shouldn't say yes how to do her job Because I said wholeness here when the 35 €, then it flies four drinks, she kept saying two then I kept saying yes then she scolded me so I shouldn't say how they do their work should then i said okay then i will speak to the boss i ordered the pizza away then she said she was the boss I don't think she's the boss, she was very, very unfriendly and I have to honestly say the Pizza Factory in Kollmarsreute really tastes not as good as it used to be when you order extra cheese then nothing comes with extra cheese we order the doctor lying with cream baked cheese on it then it doesn't come out as you really create it Death doesn't come that way. Pizza Factory died for us as always, we will never order there again. there are so many good pizzeria suppliers and friendly pizza factory is nogo. We are really very disappointed with this rude lady at the Pizza Factory Kollmarsreute. Danger.

The pizza tastes very good. The staff is courteous and uncomplicated very nice contacts whether when calling or when picking up directly. You have the feeling of "the customer is king" unfortunately there are no seating options which complicates the waiting time when ordering directly. However, literature is provided. Price performance ratio is good.
