Top advice and service
After a personal visit by an employee, I had hoped for a good offer for film replacement. Unfortunately, this has proven to be a fallacy. In total I had 8-10 tried contacts. In three conversations, I was given feedback and most recently a binding offer. Unfortunately without success. It was shameful. If there was no interest on the part of the company, then I should have accepted it somewhere and also accepted it. But I have never seen such business.
We decided in April 2018 for a pool construction with SCS, after we had informed us at various pool builders. At some southern Baden swimming pool and horticulturalists, I had the impression to date that there is no need and desire to respond to the ideas, budgets and wishes of the interested parties.
In addition to good, individual advice with a fair offer from SCS, it was crucial for us to have a reliable contact person during the construction phase and also for the aftercare. We have only had the best experience and Messrs Isenmann and their technician, with a lot of commitment and know-how, have installed the GRP pool in our garden. Again and again we had questions and need for coordination between the horticulturist, electrician and water plumber, who at any time from Hr. Isenmann were clarified professionally. Also with questions to the pool maintenance, technology and attitudes I can turn reliably to SCS.
I can highly recommend SCS, especially if a down-to-earth and reliable implementation of the pool project is important.
