The medical skills are beyond question. BUT the guy at the front desk who probably belongs in the family has rejected any empathy for animals for the second time in an emergency. Now was the last time we were there. This guy has no idea what he's doing. Too bad two great vets. Greetings Hilde

After our move, we were looking for a new veterinarian for our cats. I didn't feel in good hands after the first visit. Also, you couldn't pay with a card, which I think is simply inappropriate these days, because the vet can quickly generate large sums. I had to go to the bank again with my very sick cat. When my hangover was even worse the next day and therefore did not want to wait until the agreed date the next day, I was rudely rejected on the phone. My cat had a very high fever and yet I was told very unkindly and unlovingly "we are an order practice and not an emergency practice go to the veterinary clinic!" That's it ... I didn't feel good from the start. Two thumbs down for this practice!
