My child has been attending the day nursery for over a year now and I have to emphasize what a great, professional and humanly excellent job is being done here! Every employee and especially the management have an open ear for all kinds of concerns and always take the time to talk to me about my child's condition, daily routine and development. I just want to leave a big thank you and a "keep it up"!
Unfortunately we had to learn that the management of the daycare center is not able to communicate with the parents in a normal way. The own employees are sent an email to all parents as incompetent and liars. When asked why you do something like that, the only answer is: because that's the way it is. Without explanation or examples. When our child came home for the 3 times with a dried chair in the diaper and we got the line on it, the following statement came ... O-ton: we have other children and something like that just happens. Everyone decides for himself what is right and wrong ... for me it is about the wellbeing of my child and unfortunately we were in the wrong place here. P.s the employees are very nice and take good care of them
