KINDER RÄUME Nürnberg Frankenstraße

In return for the review by Mr. Kevin Eichinger. My son has been attending Hört since 2015! The little one will start kindergarten from 09.2019. We are totally satisfied with the team and the concept! The manager of the Frankenstrasse day care center / or the administration are ALWAYS open and helpful to speak to. There is no crèche in Frankestrasse! There is only the after-school care center and a group from the kindergarten. There is an open day twice a year where you can ask your questions. Regarding the registration, I was told that it is not so easy to take the children: The job always pays attention to age and gender, that is always the case, no matter where! Why you and your wife are active, the youth welfare office should be responsible! ? There is also a variant with the childminder. And please read the statistics on how many places there are in total in Nuremberg and how many families are looking for a place! However, the city of Nuremberg must give a child 5 years old a place (this is also stated in the law). Plus there is a model in the city of Nuremberg with the following points: first, single parents are taken into account when allocating places, then families with 2 or more children, then with a migration background and only the last ones who work and have a child. (That was also explained by the school when the place was allocated in the hearing room). The nuremberg children's rooms are the best! And I never imagine that you would not have received an answer or that someone would be arrogant!

Unfortunately, I can not say anything about the care, only that I have twice the website via the contact form sent a request, 1x wrote an email, 4x spoke to the answering machine and 3x was on site. The last time on site I then apparently met a member of the administration. His behavior was totally arrogant! I told him (kindly) what I already tried everything and in response got "do you know how many hundreds of requests we get?" and "we choose our children and parents" According to this saying, it was too much for me to try to get into this crib. I wonder how it can be that crèche places (according to website) are free when you get so many requests and what speaks against our family when the free places are not occupied by children who need acute space. My wife is self-employed and I am full time. I hope that this administration is not subsidized with taxpayers! But you can find out. The kindergarten teachers made a great impression on the other two visits. It's a pity that it does not help us. Also, the concept has read great, because we consume only animal products in organic or appropriate species.
