I ordered despite negative reviews and thought I would make my own experience. The delivery went to Holzgerlingen and it came 20 minutes later. I thought at first, can't be true. In fact, my food was there. Super super thank you. Gladly again.

Order via delivery hero with delivery time over 2h .. When calling how long it would take only pampy and unfriendly answers came from the staff .. You can save money for such a service! 1 star because there is no 0.

On the whole line fails: - Delivery after just 2 hours and only on new question by phone (order was sent via the Internet - Lieferheld, order 19:13, delivery 21:05). - 2x appetizer, 2x main course ordered with an extra request (1x side noodles instead of rice) => The one main course was wrong delivered (duck with wrong preparation than ordered) and the noodles were charged with 1,50 surcharge, jeodch NOT delivered ... => The surcharge of 1.50 was previously announced nowhere. - These mistakes would be bad enough, if not the quality of the food would have been so bad. The main courses were i.O. but also no revelation, the starters (Beijing soup and spring rolls) but under all cannon ...: Minced meat in the soup, instead of poultry meat fibers / pieces and tastes not even close to the dishes, as you would imagine ... Conclusion: food gets grade 4, service grade 6 => 1 star (because there is no "0" ...)
