Enjoyed super service today! Despite Corona restrictions, the concept of the Nürnberger Klafs team is extremely customer-oriented. Even with little things. Call, and if the colleagues are busy with appointments, just speak on the answering machine, get a real and timely call back, get an appointment to be picked up immediately - and my eucalyptus infusion was secured again for the next few weeks. 😊

We had a sauna built by Klafs in January 2019. The advice and service in Nuremberg and Klafs itself have been very good so far. All appointments were kept as agreed and our sauna has become really nice.
