Incompetent receptionist, told nonsense on the phone and when I got to the appointment she supposedly didn't know anything about it. Then sent me to a cubicle and after I undressed I had to put everything on again and get out again to clarify something formal. Definitely not recommended. Thereupon I was insulted by Türkan with the words "don't make it so important" I myself work at the reception in a clinic and I know how to deal with customers, definitely not like at Melanchthon.

Good and flexible appointments. The staff is friendly and courteous. The treatment sometimes hurts but I feel better afterwards.
