A nice practice in itself. Unfortunately, despite the appointment, there was always a waiting time of about an hour, only to be met by Dr. Kramer to be dispatched in 2 minutes and sent home with a prescription for an ointment. The other doctor at least took her time.
Despite Corona FULL waiting room with little distance
I'm blown away - learned through Corona, the possibility of exchanging ideas with the doctor via video is an efficient and quick way to get an initial diagnosis and overview. Everything is feasible online in this practice, well organized and then competently advised. Even the subsequent second appointment on site quickly and efficiently!

Very good service and very good support. I have regular treatments and almost no waiting time in the practice for every appointment. The entire staff is always friendly, courteous and extremely competent.
Absolutely not to be recommended! Unfortunately, I can only confirm the bad experiences of other reviewers. Only the money counts here! As a patient, you are nothing more than a number. If you complain, you will be insulted by the boss herself! Perhaps to endure everything, the treatment would at least be successful and productive. But here, too, negative results. Not to mention the waiting times despite the appointment.
Very nice, competent team of doctors. I got the appointment very promptly and not in 3 months. The doctor took time for my problem and felt that I was in very good hands. Personally, I can only recommend the practice 👍🏼
