The doctor doesn’t deserve 2 stars but minus 5. As I know that one star reviews are usually ignored, I am giving him 2 stars.
First his English is not understandable, I visited him twice, he doesn’t speak too much, he didn’t explain me the situation, he didn’t listen to me (I had xrays done already, but he sent me to do them again).
He didn’t want to try to save my tooth and rushed to get rid of it. I accepted thinking that it’s the simplest solution and that will end up being an implant.
He sewed my cheek to cover the hole left after the extraction. For more than 2 months I had this strange feeling of having something in that area.
He literally destroyed the bone underneath and now 8months after I discovered that it’s not possible to have an implant.
There was also a paste left inside which probably stopped my bone to regenerate.
Anyway I gave up visiting him as I didn’t trust him.
He was arrogant and didn’t listen.

Had a nose operation with Dr. Brown. Everything went wrong that can go wrong at all.
A very incompetent and unfriendly "DOCTOR" And as I can see, nothing has changed since then.
I have had very good experiences with the practice and the team and wish the practice continued success. I especially liked the constant availability of the practice, the good and detailed advice and the individual pricing and I can only recommend the practice.
I am a scared rabbit but everything was explained to me in peace, the fear was still there but I became calmer overall. Very nice dentists and practice staff.
