The rating relates to online customer service. There are two stars because we have always been satisfied with the shoes so far. For the processing of our request, I would give 0 stars if that were possible. I reached a nice lady by phone who told me to submit my request with a photo by email, which I did immediately. That was exactly 1 (!) Month ago. Except for an automatic e-mail that I should be patient, I have not yet received a response. If you ask on social media channels, it means I get a response. That was 2 weeks ago. Good customer service is not an option here. What a shame!

We are very satisfied regular customers and regularly buy the shoes for our children in the store in Darmsheim. I cannot understand the sometimes not so good ratings. It may be that you have to wait a bit, but that's due to the fact that the shoes are really the best and the demand is very high. That's why we try to avoid the rush hour in the store. You shouldn't forget that this is a family business and not a huge corporation. The advice is competent and friendly. The kids and we always feel that we are in good hands and advised.

Underground service. Shoes are very good, unfortunately this cannot be said of the service. For this price range, I would like some reasonable support and advice that is not interrupted constantly and for long periods of time.

We have been waiting for the answer to a complaint for two weeks now. Nobody can be reached by phone and on two email inquiries we only received the message we should be patient .... how long? Until the child outgrows the shoes and has a long beard? Good service looks different. So far we have always been enthusiastic about the shoes, but under these circumstances we cannot recommend the shoes or the manufacturer and would rather buy somewhere else next time.
