Markus his wife and his staff were profoundly professional, the quality of customer service was refreshingly fantastic. A true benefit of doing business with a family that's been in business for 5 generations! They left the work area spotless (to be honest cleaner than before they arrived), and the product lines they carry are the highest quality I could find after what felt like weeks of researching online and visiting countless other showrooms. Take my advice and don't even bother shopping around. If you're searching for the best of the best and highest possible quality available this is the only place in Europe I found (let alone Germany). I wish we had more doors and a second garden space so I had the privilege of doing business with them again. Don't bother wasting your time visiting showroom after showroom, I already did it for you. This is the absolute best place by far!

We had a patio roof including an awning installed by the Döttling company. From the consultation to the execution we were and still are very satisfied. The assembly was professional and very clean. All of the staff are very nice. We can recommend the company with a clear conscience.

We recently had a new front door installed by Markus Döttling GmbH. From the initial consultation to the final installation of the door, we always felt that we were in good hands. Competent advice, technically clean installation and a nice team convinced us very much. We enjoy the new door every day, which we like very much and makes our house brighter and safer. Thank you very much for the excellent service in advising and installing our new house entrance door. The consultation in the great showroom in Sindelfingen was very competent and nice. We would like to highlight the friendliness, punctuality and cleanliness during the assembly of the employees. The whole process convinced us very much, so that the next order followed immediately, namely the installation of a sauna, everything was as usual here too. we are absolutely thrilled.

Overall, we were completely satisfied with the work of Mr. Döttling, from the consultation to the construction of our new patio roof. The assembly went quickly and the assembly team was also very competent. It is very positive to emphasize that the preparation of the offer went very quickly and that Mr. Döttling was always available for inquiries etc. or that he responded immediately.
