Most of the time the shelves are empty, employees seem stressed and unmotivated but still friendly, the branch manager ignores customers who have a question and seems rather stressed, arrogant and rude. Most of the time there is an unpleasant smell in the store a renovation and fresh paint might help. In addition, there is usually only one cash register open so take time and patience.
